I helped host a baby shower for my sister-in-law Kim. Kim's friend Neeta, Kim's mom Viana, her two sisters and I all worked to make a really special shower for Kim and her new baby!
We decided to do a "Golden Books" theme with nursery rhyme themed food. It was alot of fun to put all our ideas together and come up with some great decorations! Viana hosted the shower at her house.
Neeta made the Diaper cake. She used a knitting theme alternating spools of yarn with diapers to make the cute tiers! Kim will be able to use the supplies to knit hats and scarves! Such a cute idea!
Neeta also made the party favors of little seeds/potting soil in baby food jars. They can be grown into various flowers and veggies!
Nursery Rhyme Games
All the food was named after Nursery Ryhmes. I had alot of fun thinking these up and making the signs!
