Christmas with Dad & Judy

My dad and Judy were in town for Christmas this year.  We had a get-together with them and Richard to celebrate Christmas together.  We went over to Grandma Muffin's to open a few gifts.

We headed over to Fuddruckers for lunch.  Richard met us there with Isaac an Noah.  The boys love hanging out with their cousins!

Christmas Morning!!!

Is there anything better than riding your brand new bike on Christmas Morning in your PJs???

For Christmas this year....WE BROKE TRADITION!  Usually we have my mom, brother, and  sister over for breakfast, then clean up and rush around getting ready for the big Christmas Dinner at our house.  I always feel rushed and like I can't just relax and enjoy the holiday.  SO this year we decided to take it easy and still have the meals but just on a smaller scale.  My main goal was to spend the day in my PJs and not be stressed out!  My mom, Tim & Nikki, and Tiff & Joey and their kids all came over for breakfast & to spend the day.  We started with Chris cooking his fabulous waffles!

After breakfast we just hung out.  It was WONDERFUL!  We talked, laughed, and played games.

We opened a few presents...

 Timmy & Nikki bought the boys a BB gun!  They went out to practice shooting while we cooked dinner.

For dinner we had a delicious ham, salad, mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn souffle, and desserts.  Simple and yummy.   It was perfect!

We played some more cards and games.  The kids & Chris tried out some of their new video games.

We lounged & relaxed.

Nikki was ahving some contractions, so she had to take it easy for awhile.

We had a wonderful Christmas- probably the most relaxing one I have had since I was a kid!  And guess what?  I stayed in my PJs  ALL DAY! : )
