Ryan's Kindergarten class took their first field trip. We rode the bus and went to visit Tolmachoff Farm in Glendale. I was able to be a chaperone and so I got to ride the bus with Ryan.
At the farm we had a lesson about corn and what it is used for. We explored the corn maze and had fun playing in it!
We went through the different fields and learned about how lots of different vegetables grow. We got to pick some veggies and brought home cucumbers, zucchini, cilantro, lettuce, beets, and radishes.
The kids took a train ride!

We had a very nice time! What a great first field trip!
